Our big girl, Zadie, is off to kindergarten! This is certainly not the school year we imagined but we are all in great spirits, in great hands with her new school, and excited about the new adventures ahead! 🏫🎒👩‍🏫💻👩‍💻

Last official day of summer was spent at the pool! Zadie celebrated by being able to jump off the diving board, into the deep end, without floaties!

The girls are bunked up together now! We were on track to give each kid their own room but with the pandemic and working from home, I needed to keep a room for my office. So we decided to get the girls bunk beds and share a room. I was able to find on Pinterest an Ikea Trofast shelf hack to make storage stairs! Thanks to my Dad for helping me cut the wood and railings for this project. Also, it was not as simple since Ikea is sold out on the Trofast system now, but I was able to score some second hand from Facebook marketplace sellers!
